Acne Moderate cream is a great starter cream for mild to severe inflammatory acne. Because of the lower concentration of benzoyl peroxide, moderate cream does not overwhelm the skin. Overwhelming the skin with an overdose of benzoyl peroxide or any product causes the skin to break out and has the potential to make acne symptoms even worse.

Cleanse skin thoroughly before applying. Pat a thin layer to the affected area morning and night.
Because excessive drying may occur, start with one daily application. If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to every other day.
